We do work with People and for People

LevelUP vision

LevelUP aims to grow in the Netherlands and create an exclusive leverage across the building, construction and manufacturing industry with a strong pipeline of available candidates in a very competitive market.

LevelUp specialises in ZZP’ers but supports all recruitment processes with candidates who are both looking for short-term projects and long-term employment in a role where they can grow. It supports all business functions on the technical level and makes sure its clients have access to the right talent at the right time.

Our LevelUP values

The goal is to work efficiently, grow teams and automise processes while always incorporating a personal approach.

Deep understanding of clients and candidates

LevelUP prioritises smart and efficient work. The recruitment process is automated, using a pipeline to find candidates faster, backed up by a valuable database with candidates and clients.

LevelUP selects candidates by assessing their skills and experience and makes sure the required documentation is provided. Its pillars are transparency and a consultative approach, always aiming to inform clients about potential risks, helping with documentation and assuring an efficient recruitment process.

Meet our founder Daniel Kruczkowski

LevelUP founder Daniel Kruczkowski started out as a hands-on ZZP building professional but soon felt that full time employment wasn’t right for him.

Having studied economy and finance at WSHiP im. Łazarskiego, an elite University in Warsaw, he worked in sales, advisory and business consulting in the B2B sector, often dealing with senior stakeholders in the retail, finance, manufacturing, and investment management sector. Daniel completed sales and business development projects making millions in sales for the companies he was involved with.

At 32, he moved to the Netherlands and began to dream big: He wanted to build something of his own. At 39 he founded LevelUP, helping clients with his industry knowledge, providing practical value, and inspiring peers across the building industry.

LevelUP Ideal Candidates

Ideal LevelUP candidates are between 18-65 years old and have experience in the following trades:

They are usually independent ZZP’ers with their own tools and transports, contractors who build the project once the designs have been finalised, or professionals who work for contractors and spend most of their time working on site to deliver results. They all possess a technical qualification and certification.

Candidates can also be subcontractor organisations, which are employed by contractors if the contractors need specialist or additional help. For example, the contractor might bring in teams to help with the foundation work or steelwork. Professionals working for subcontractors tend to spend their time on site alongside contractors.

LevelUP candidates

The majority of LevelUP candidates are Easter Europeans who have been living in the Netherlands or have recently moved there to build their future. Nationalities include Polish, Romanian, Latvian, Slovakian, Russian and Ukrainian workers. 2-3% are Dutch, German, Swiss or English.

Employment costs

Pay ranges from Euro 20-40 per hour. Candidates are spread across the Netherlands and can travel up to 100km for work if needed, while some of them are able to relocate if the project requires it.
